Terms and Rates
TERMS
Turnaround time: Depending on material, submitted work is returned within stated timeframe (can vary due to unforeseen circumstances). Weekend and holidays are not considered “business” days.
Payment: For first-time customers, payment is required upon completion of job.
For our ongoing customers, we simply bill you each month.
Delivery: Finished transcripts are emailed or faxed upon completion. Paper copies by mail upon request. Copies are $.07 per page, plus postage. Free pickup and delivery in immediate area.
Rush Orders: We offer rush service guaranteed by next day. Please call for availability.
Payment: We accept PayPal, Visa,
Mastercard, or checks.
RATES
We charge by the page. Our rate is determined by the type of recording, expected date of delivery, and the quality of the tape.
Transcription/Word Processing:
Single speakers (dictation, speeches, etc) $2.50 per page.
Interviews (one-on-one) $3.00 per page.
Multiple speakers (conferences, business Meetings, seminars, etc.) $3.50 per page.
Desktop publishing:
$25/hour
Data Processing, spreadsheets, forms:
$25/hour
Mass Mailings: Call for quote.
Lamination: up to 12”, unlimited length:
8 1/2 x 11 $ .75 per sheet
8 1/2 x 14 $ 1.00 per sheet
Every 3 additional inches $ .25
